But Endo's all about the long game; he's building up to something, which means biding his time and slowly worming his way into Yukimiya's acceptance. Which doesn't seem like it'll be too hard — he did give up his glasses pretty easily.
Instead, he simply walks a couple steps ahead and has Yukimiya walk behind him. Endo holds the leash casually, as though he might drop it due to carelessness. ]
[He is absolutely not expecting the leash to be dropped. His new...master...is clearly good at maintaining tension emotionally, even if he's not demonstrating a physical tension here.]

[ Now this is an important question. There was a file on him, which Endo read before purchase, but what is presented in his product description and what is actually the truth can vary widely.

Legally, my parents signed over custody of me to the Blue Lock project. But they're still alive and well. I don't know what they can or will do next.
[He's not confident in them trying to get him back, though. Other mouths to feed at home. In some ways, him disappearing into the project solved problems for them that no one voiced aloud.]

The thought does occur to him, to try to strangle Endo with the leash. To unclip it from the collar and run. To raise an awful fuss. It's what many of the other Blue Lock players would probably do.
Yukimiya, instead, watches Endo, and stands there holding the leash.]
[ Oh, he'll look into them. But that'll come later.
For now, Endo gives him a little approving grin, feeling as though he picked himself a good one. Everything that's to follow will be a lot easier with a guy who more or less does what he's told. He doesn't have to be eager to please, but Endo isn't looking for a slave who has a strong desire to fight. This is for something different entirely.
He walks over to the car to speak to the driver, giving him specific instructions, then motions Yukimiya over, after which he unclips the leash — but leaves the collar. ]
[Yukimiya climbs into the car, folding his hands in his lap once he's in his seat. He has questions, but this hardly feels like the time to be asking them. He has thoughts, but they're buzzing in a swarm rather than getting into a nice orderly line. On the surface, he might even seem calm about what's happening to him.
[ Endo gets in beside him. He takes a good look at Yukimiya, noting that he seems eerily calm and looking for any tells that he's putting on an act. Ultimately, though, it doesn't matter much; regardless of what's going on inside Yukimiya's head, his real purpose is going to start here, in the darkened privacy of the back seat.
[Yukimiya hesitates only a moment before turning to look at that hand, and then placing his own atop it, fingers curling gently. His cheeks warm somewhat. Which is weird--this is probably going to get a lot more intimate than hand holding at some point, but that order manages to get him somehow.]
What do you want me for?
[After all, Endo said he didn't spill trade secrets without a contract. There's one in place now. It's worth trying to ask again.]
[ He's right: there is a contract now. But Endo explains not because of that, but because Yukimiya has to know what's expected of him in order to pull off what Endo wants — and make it believable.
In a cheerful tone, as he holds his hand: ]
Your job is to touch me, and to make me feel like that's all you ever wanted to do.
[ Soft touches. Intimate touches. A hand in his hair, on his cheek, at the small of his back. A head on his shoulder. A kiss, fingers slipping under the hem of his clothes.
Endo bought himself a pet simply because he wants to be wanted. And the only way he'll get a taste of that — and get to keep it — is by literally owning another human being. ]
You'll live nicely. I'll give you everything you want, except for your freedom. You'll eat well and live a nice life.
But only if you convince me.
[ Otherwise, he's getting handed off to someone from Noroshi. An employment of the month gift. ]
[Or at least, he comprehends what's being asked of him, and what's being offered in exchange. Though he's not certain if it's possible for him to live a nice life, without freedom.]
It'll be a bit of an adjustment for me. You realize that, right?
[ Not at the beginning, and truly, not even when he's gotten used to it. Endo doesn't expect it to be world-class acting; he isn't anticipating that he'll truly feel wanted. He just wants to be able to convince himself for a while, and to do that, he needs Yukimiya to put on a good show. ]
But I'm not gonna wait forever, either. You'll practice like this [ he squeezes his hand ] every day and we'll work up to it. But if you're not trying, or you're not making progress, that's it for you. Got it?
[ Endo doesn't expect him to commit to the bit so early, so the squeeze is a little surprise, enough to make him drop his smile and widen his eyes a little — after which he gives a much stronger squeeze. And grins, naturally. ]
Of course you do! 'Cause I picked right.
[ He is a bad judge of character, though, so who's to say what this will look like long-term. Still, the early squeeze is promising. They may work up to what he really wants after all. ]
Something else you gotta know — I live with another guy. Stay out of his way.
[ And don't ever make commentary about Endo's relationship with him. But Endo doesn't elaborate beyond that. ]

With that, Endo lets go of his hand. No use overdoing it before they even get home. Instead, he stretches out, just shy of entering Yukimiya's space, and says: ]
[It's a skill most soccer players cultivate, sleeping in a moving vehicle. Yukimiya takes off his glasses, clips them to the front of his shirt, crosses his arms and tucks his head. And yes, drifts off to sleep.]
[ When they arrive, Endo pokes him awake — literally. He steps out of the car with a yawn, stretching his arms and then folding his hands behind his head. ]

[Once inside, Yukimiya takes his shoes off on autopilot, as if he could pretend for a moment he's just over at a friend's house, instead of wearing a collar and holding a leash as a pet bought by some psycho.]
[ What a good pet. Endo removes his shoes, too, and heads deeper into the house. ]
I'll give you a tour so you know what's off limits.
[ It's simple enough: living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. But before he takes Yukimiya to the room that will be his for the foreseeable future, he pauses before Takiishi's. ]
Whatever you do, don't go in here. Even if the door is open.
[ Lest Takiishi get upset to find something out of place. He wouldn't want anyone in his space.
Endo doesn't care about that kind of thing. His room is relatively plain, all things considered. And if Yukimiya is going to serve him, he'll be in and out of there, anyway. ]
