Hence, there's no reason for Endo to turn around, not even when they reach the roof. While the guy examines the state of it, Endo walks toward the parapet to look down below. There's still chaos in the streets, although not nearly as much as when the brawl started. Somewhere in the middle, the remaining members of Noroshi are waiting for his signal.
