[Oof, that isn't great to hear. Endo's answer at least confirms to Accelerator that helping this jerk out instead of just ditching him was the right thing to do, but for some stupid reason that relief is short-lived. It's instead turning into pity, as much as he doesn't want it to.
Accelerator manages to keep a straight face, but inwardly he can feel the urge to judge this person rising. Whoever the hell this is doesn't sound particularly responsible or reliable. That's a stark contrast from that Level 0. Despite everything he's done, Accelerator knows he can depend on Kamijou Touma. If he ever felt the need to contact that dumbass for help he doesn't doubt that he would show up eventually. Being who he is, there's a chance he'd be late (probably off saving someone else, because he's that kind of person), but he knows he'd still show up.
Whoever this person is, they aren't Kamijou Touma.
Worse than that is the lack of certainty that he'll show up for Endo for any of this. Being alone and stuck in a hospital is shitty, he knows that from personal experience. The last time he was in one he at least had Last Order and some of the clones for company, and that had been infinitely better than being on his own. If Last Order was here he knows what she'd do, and he's pretty sure he knows what that Level 0 would do, too.
He's kind of hating both of them right now, even though this is all hypothetical and all in his head.]
Clinic's over there. [He jerks his head in the direction of the building, a glowing sign above the entrance indicating that they've arrived. His next words come far more reluctantly, like he doesn't want to ask but can't keep quiet.] ... Have you got anyone else you can call?
