He laughs under his breath — not nearly as obnoxiously as he could, though the resulting sound comes across as teasing, especially once he ignores everything that Accelerator is saying to remark: ]

But he gets it: charge first, hospital after. Who would've thought that a normal outlet could charge something like that choker? If asked, Endo would have guessed that it needed a lot more voltage.
