What is his problem is (unfortunately) the fact that whoever Endo tried calling never picked up. That's an irritating problem. Taking out his phone, he opens up the map app, searching for the nearest hospital or emergency clinic in their vicinity. Either one that's a short walk away, or a quick train ride, otherwise he's going to have to look at getting a car. And before all of that he still needs to deal with his choker battery..... He absently chews on his lip as he starts organizing a plan to deal with all of this nonsense.

This isn't some big secret he keeps to himself, and given what happened this bit of information is easy enough to deduce, though beyond that he doesn't offer anything new.
