[ There are a lot of things that Accelerator could do after picking up his phone, the primary one being leave, with kicking Endo while he's down also being a viable second option. But turning his presumably dying choker on and then touching Endo's head? Not exactly on the list of things that Endo expects. He doesn't flinch when it happens though. If Accelerator is capable of listening to the outside world while doing whatever new magic trick he has up his sleeve, he'll hear him laugh under his breath, strained but amused.
Physically, he's very lucky. He's not nearly in as bad shape as he could be. His arm took the worst of it, as it's broken in a few places. It turns out his shoulder is also dislocated, something that Endo hadn't quite realized aside from all the pain — but that is responsible for the novel feeling he experienced while crushed under the wing. His ribs are fractured in a couple of places, but not so broken that they're poking holes in his lungs. Aside from plenty of bruising, there's no organ damage. His blood pressure is low, though that's to be expected with these injuries, so shock and his abrupt drop in adrenaline are both to blame for his lack of motor coordination. Ultimately, however, Endo has no injuries that require immediate care. Just care pretty soon. Or pain pills. He'd accept those too.
Everything hurts, of course, especially breathing, but that doesn't stop Endo from giving Accelerator a smile that sits firmly between teasing and mocking once he pulls his hand away. ]
