[ Endo derives a lot of satisfaction from the contact between his fist and Accelerator's face. The majority of his fights aren't all that serious, from his perspective. He likes to toy with his opponents, get them riled up and emotional, provoke them into action, and then use a lot of dodging and blocking when fighting back. If and when he gets to punching, he doesn't need to fight with everything he has. Most people are either scared off or KO'd before he has a chance to think about going all-out.

So to put all his speed and strength into a punch — to feel the impact on his knuckles, the way a face both resists and caves as he pushes further into it — is a rare treat. Arguably, it's a little overkill, since Accelerator is nothing without his choker's boosts, but Endo would be lying if he said that he derived no enjoyment from watching him fall with the momentum of his punch just to rise newly bloody.

Accelerator's commentary is laughable...so Endo laughs. ]

[ He taps his neck, pretending to have a choker of his own in lieu of finishing the statement. Then he seamlessly transitions to adding: ]

You're kinda desperate to prove yourself, aren't ya? All that fake power that makes you feel like you're strong enough to be a good person, but take that away and it's obvious you just wanna feel better about yourself. Look at your face. Look at where you are. Look at what's left. You're clinging to your ego because there's nothing else. If you strip it away, what do you have? Just pain you're feeling right now, with nothing to make it stop.

[ Shit at fighting, shit at taking a punch, shit at saving the day. What did he even accomplish here, aside from hurting a few people? The fighting only stopped because Endo let it. Noroshi walked away (mostly) whole. ]
